Please provide following Items in your application:

• Original Passport (must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure);
• One passport size Photo  ( 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches);
• Visa Application Forms ( or other related forms) with signature of applicant;
• Original Landing Paper or Canada Visa – for applicant NOT holding Canadian passport;
• Money order (or bank draft, cash) – Payable to “China Holidays Inc”
• Pre-paid, self-addressed, registered envelope (or couriers account number – like UPS/FedEx);
• Invitation letter (on letterhead paper) – for Business Visa Only;
• Visa Notice from China Local Foreign Affairs Office – for business, Multiple Entry Visa Only
• There will be 3% surcharge for credit card payment (Credit card authorization form required);
• For Rush / Urgent Service - Must be delivered to our office before 10:30 a.m. during business days. Otherwise extra service charge will apply..
