Departures Are Guaranteed:

For all tours of six or more people, as shown in this brochure. Once we have confirmed your departure date and received your deposit, your tour will depart as scheduled, excepting only “force majeure”, or circumstances beyond the control of China Holidays.

The Best Available Transport:

From a modern mini-bus to friendly domestic elephant ensures that you’ll travel in the most efficient and best available style for every environment and activity on your itinerary. We never “shoe horn” our travellers into transport vehicles; most have extra seating over and above our passengers needs.

Bottled Water At No Extra Charge:

Removes another “hidden extra” from your travel budget, important in a region with unreliable tap water and a warm climate. China Holidays provides two bottles of mineral water per person per day to carry along on daytime sightseeing excursions.

Small Groups Make All The Difference:

To safeguard the quality of the experience our tour participants enjoy as they travel with us, we strictly limit the number of travellers per departure.The maximum number of travellers on any tour is 24, and the limit is sometimes as low as 16. In a small group, you never have the feeling of being lost in a crowd, you enjoy personal attention and you see more than just the standard sightseeing attractions. Monasteries, artists, studios and home visits are generally inaccessible to large groups - but not to us.

Erasing Jet Lag:

can be a problem for travellers affected by long flights over many time zones. If you prefer to arrive in the Orient or India a day or so before your tour begins to relax and recover on your own, China Holidays can arrange for your hotel and any other services you may require.

Single Travellers:

are invited to request shared accommodation and China Holidays will make every effort to arrange it. If the request cannot be honored, the single supplement will apply.

Safety And Medical Protection:

ensure your peace of mind. Natural emergencies or unusual political activity can, on very rare occasions, affect the quality and safety of a trip overseas. China Holidays on-site offices are uniquely equipped to monitor conditions and assess the safety and comfort of our travellers. Our Smoking Policy:

requests that travellers refrain from smoking while riding in sightseeing vehicles and when dining with other tour participants.
